Refund & Cancellation Policy

How this works
Each booking on NEET Mentor Hub reserves a specific 30-minute time slot with Kumar Amitabh personally, on a date and time you choose. Because of this, our approach to cancellations favours rescheduling over refunds — but we will always refund you if we are the ones who cannot deliver the session.
Rescheduling — free, any time before your session
You can reschedule your session to a different available date or time at no extra cost, any time before your session starts. To reschedule, email us or message us on WhatsApp with your name and the date/time you originally booked, and we will help you pick a new slot.
If you cancel
If you cancel your booking outright and do not want to reschedule, your payment is non-refundable — this reflects the time reserved with the mentor, not a product or service that can be returned. We recommend rescheduling instead, which is always free and has no limit on how many times you can do it.
If we cancel
If Kumar Amitabh is unable to conduct your session at the confirmed time — due to illness, an emergency, or any reason on our side — you will be offered a free reschedule to a new slot of your choice. If you would prefer a refund instead, we will process it in full.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged more than once for the same booking, charged after a failed or cancelled payment, or believe there was a genuine payment error, contact us with your payment ID and we will investigate and refund the incorrect charge.
How to request a refund or reschedule
To request a refund or reschedule, email us with your name, the date/time you booked, and your Razorpay payment ID. We aim to acknowledge every request within 24 hours.

Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, and typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
