Nature of our services

NEET Mentor Hub provides educational guidance content, 1:1 counselling sessions, and personalised astrology-based reports. None of these services constitute a guarantee of admission, examination result, career outcome, or professional medical, legal or financial advice. Decisions about admissions, career or education must be independently verified against official sources.

Astrology Education & Career Guidance Report

The Astrology-Based Education & Career Guidance Report is prepared by our team using Vedic astrology principles applied to the birth details you provide. It is intended for guidance and self-reflection purposes only. Accuracy depends on the correctness of the birth details supplied, particularly the birth time. The report is delivered to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide, typically within 24 hours of successful payment.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment you confirm that the information provided is accurate. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are handled.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session or ordering a report, to use our services lawfully, and not to misuse, copy or redistribute any report or content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEET Mentor Hub and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from decisions made based on our guidance, counselling sessions or reports.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
