About AMC
Assam Medical College & Hospital (AMC) in Dibrugarh is the second oldest medical college in Assam and one of the earliest medical institutions in NE India. Established in 1947, AMC serves as the primary referral hospital for Upper Assam and the eastern districts of the region.
AMC offers MBBS at the undergraduate level and MD/MS programs in core specialties. Admission is through MCC AIQ counselling (15% seats) and Assam DME state quota counselling (85% seats).
