About TRIHMS

Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) in Naharlagun is the only government medical college in Arunachal Pradesh. Established in 2013, it is the primary healthcare and medical education institution for the state. TRIHMS serves as the largest hospital in Arunachal Pradesh.

85% of MBBS seats are in the Arunachal Pradesh state quota (Arunachal Pradesh DME); 15% in AIQ. Given that Arunachal Pradesh is a small state by population, state quota NEET competition at TRIHMS is among the least intense of any NE government medical college.
